Get the training you need to start a fulfilling career in human resources.  Students taking this certificate of completion program will learn about human resource functions such as human resource planning, recruitment, human resource development, compensation and benefits, safety and health, and employee and labor relations.  Students in this program get to choose between taking a certificate that is focused on either recruiting or employee relations.  Students who pass this certificate of completion program can articulate these courses for credit upon being accepted into a Bryant & Stratton College degree program.
